9. HIPAA (The Health Insurance Portability And Accountability Act)
The service we provide is exempt from HIPPA. As defined by HIPAA, we are neither a “Covered Entity” nor a “Business Associate.” Since HIPAA does not apply, our service is not required to and may not fulfill the HIPAA criteria. As a result, using the service should not be used to submit, store, or disclose HIPAA-covered information in a manner that is compliant with HIPAA’s rules.

If you are a State of California resident who has provided us with personal information, you have the right to seek the list of all third parties to whom we have shared your information for direct marketing purposes.
We shall send you the following information if you exercise your right to submit such a request to us:

- The names and addresses of third parties who received such information, or examples of the products or services marketed if the nature of their business cannot be determined from the name.

We must also disclose how we respond to “do-not-track” requests from our users, as required by California law. We do not respond to “do-not-track” requests from our users’ browsers at this time.
If your complaint is not resolved through these methods, a binding arbitration option before a Privacy Shield Panel may be available in limited instances.
